Intro:

THE OVAL TRAINING PROGRAM (T.O.T.P) is a BELLEVIEW ENTERTAINMENTS tutorial program aimed at enhancing creativity, modeling talents and improve efficiency in the movie industry; hence, reshaping our local movie products in terms of quality, taste, arts and culture.

In this light, BELLEVIEW ENTERTAINMENTS in view of its aim hereby lays its focus in the three most important domains that influence efficiency in movies; which are, DIRECTING, SCRIPT-WRITING and ACTING. In these various domains, BELLEVIEW ENTERTAINMENTS seek the presence of not only well-wishers but those who have the experience, have studied (either school or research), and are justifiably skillful in these fields.

The Oval Training Program (T.O.T.P) in View;

The T.O.T.P program is a series of tutorials in three different short courses – DIRECTING, SCRIPT-WRITING AND ACTING during the summer holidays for a period of two months (July & August). The T.O.T.P program shall last in three phases;

The first month (July) will comprise of theory with a timetable allocating three (3) hours per course for all three courses as from Mondays to Wednesdays weekly, a four hour cross-section on all Thursdays and tests on various categories on all Fridays except on the very first week. Tutorials will be done with a big wall screen for the projection of images, projector to project images, laptop which contain the study materials and a white board for further illustration. There shall be assignments and researches every day during the course with tests comprising thirty percent (30%) of the overall score and then an end of course examination which makes up seventy percent (70%).

NB: Candidates who can’t attain 65% has failed. He/she shall not take part in the 2^nd phase & shall not be awarded a certificate.

The second month (August) shall be the practical phase. Participants will be divided into groups at the end of the first month. These groups will comprise of participating actors, script writers and directors with an appointed leader by performance who will act as the group’s producer. The leaders shall delegate script writers of their groups to write a short story of about fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) minutes. The directors will direct the actors and actresses of their respective groups and will make a short film. These films will be submitted to BELLEVIEW ENTERTAINMENTS for editing in which will be broadcasted repeatedly on LTM TV, EQUINOX TV, JESUS LIGHT TV, CMTV, HI TV, STV, CANAL 2, SOUL AFRICA and THE INTERNET for viewing and free downloads. We are currently working on AFRICA MAGIC Nigeria and MY TV network Ghana. Our wish is to make the best at all and of every participant that will take part in the program.

There shall be an award show after a month of TV and INTERNET broadcast. Viewers will be provided a medium to give critics and vote for their favourites in different categories. The award ceremony will urge all students who had gone for school for those schooling in different towns to take part. Here, there shall be recognition for best actor, actress, supporting actor, supporting actress, story, script, directing, film, acting student, script-writing student, directing student and best overall student.
