Terms & Conditions;

v  CONDUCT:

The following stipulates by reason the individual terms and conditions that must abide to all participants taking on THE OVAL TRAINING PROGRAM.

            All participants must show traits of decency, morality and discipline. Participants MUST understand that relative sanctions will be taken.

            Consecutive LATE COMING is strictly prohibited since this may cause undefined action from the authority. However, persons in marriage and single parents will be given the courtesy to their status.  

            An unwarranted display of arrogance, disobedience, indiscipline or immorality might earn you an EXPULSION from the program.

            Romance and interrelationship between participants during this program is FORBIDDEN – Already existing couples before this program are on a strict “NO ROMANCE” clause applicable to them.

            Discrimination at any sort in whether RACIAL, GENDER, RELIGIOUS or to a HANDICAPPED or DISABLED will earn immediate EXPULSION.

            Notes shall not be dictated. Participants should be able to take down and make their own notes not withstanding whether or not your instructor hand in notes.

            Mindless of what you know or might have learned, the TOTP offers a new approach to this study; lessons should not be interfered with. This therefore means if you have any suggestion or whatever, SEE THE INSTRUCTOR CONCERNED PRIVATELY.            

v  REQUIREMENTS:

§  Participants are recommended to own or if possibly borrow a laptop or a desktop.

§  Participants are required to visit the internet daily during this program. Assignments and researches must be carried out on the internet careless of whatever other medium you may have at your disposition.

§  Participants are also required to get acquainted with “African-American” Movies of moral and social values. It will serve better if they can own copies.

§  Participants are required to possess sufficient writing materials to enable them meet up.
